A MUTANT FOOTBALL LEAGUE Remake Has Successfully Been Funded On Kickstarter

About 6 months ago I told you I played a very rough alpha of a Mutant Football League demo at Gen Con, and absolutely loved it! Well, a couple days ago, the creator of that game and the original Mutant Football League launched a Kickstarter to fund a full console and PC release of the game, and it's already been funded! For those unfamiliar with the series, or who just don't remember the game that well, have a look at the Kickstarter video for a taste of what to expect!

From my discussion with creator Michael Mendheim back at Gen Con, I can confirm that some of the iconic players like BOnes Jackson will not be appearing as they are still under license by EA. Kind of a dick move right? Like I mentioned before, I absolutely loved the rough alpha that I played, and can describe the game as the original MFL mixed with some NFL Blitz...which is awesome! I can't wait to see this game with the funding it deserves! Let's hope it can rake in even more money! Support the title on Kickstarter below, and keep it here for more updates and maybe an interview!
