The Last of Us Part II is nearly here. After months of waiting, the highly-anticipated sequel to the PS3 masterpiece will release on June 19th.

In the latest State of Play video, Neil Druckmann, director of The Last of Us Part II, discusses the intricacies of the narrative adventure—the gameplay, the enemies, the evolution from the first game, and never-before-seen footage for the gamers chomping at the bit for exclusive reveals.

The video is almost 25 minutes long, and it will make you salivate. For the hopeful PlayStation fans out there, the State of Play doesn’t include any news or updates on the PS5, but really that shouldn’t bother you.

What you should be focusing on is the deep dive into The Last of Us Part II. But be warned. The content in the game is rated Mature for just about everything.

And if that’s not enough for you, Sony has also shared the next video in the “Inside the…” series that has highlighted exciting features of the upcoming AAA release. The last two have focused on the story and the gameplay. Now the team at Naughty Dog is exploring the details in the game.
