April's Rundown Update For GTFO Just Got Extended

It seems that developer 10 Chambers is quite done setting up the Warden with more places to send the prisoners. Back in April. they released the Rebirth Rundown, which gave players plenty of new content and levels to play through in GTFO. But it wasn’t enough because they have just released Rebirth://EXTENDED, which adds five new expeditions - for a total of thirteen - and a new time-limited horde objective.

While the expeditions themselves are already very difficult to survive through, the new horde objective proves that this game can be pure chaos. In the new mode, players are tasked with surviving relentless enemy hordes as they fight tooth and nail to progress through expeditions before a 30-minute timer runs out, all the while solving complex tasks like hacking computer terminals to clear their path.

Being the biggest update to the game since it first released, Rebirth://EXTENDED acts as the major title update ahead of a full 1.0 launch out of Steam Early Access later this year. We can expect to hear the plans and details for GTFO’s final release in the coming months. Until then, prepare to survive some maddening gameplay and watch the developers attempt to do so themselves below.
