Gamespot reports that Xbox One owners should be finding out today via email if they were added to the game's beta period for Mods. To receive an email, you would have to had applied via a tweet Bethesda sent out earlier this month. This marks the first time mods will appear on a console (officially anyway) and if all goes well, we should be seeing the mods happening soon! Fingers crossed!
