Clues Are Pointing To A DIABLO 4 Reveal At Blizzcon

Looks like Diablo 4 is going to be announced at Blizzcon. While nothing official has been announced, Eurogamer found several odd signs that lead to some sort of Diablo announcement on the way for the upcoming event. The first clue involves a misprinted Dice set on the Blizzard website that people with a Blizzcon 2016 ticket can purchase.

The dice in question is a 4 sided dice that has the number 1 on it twice and a 4 on it once. Put them together and you have 11/4 which is the start of Blizzcon. It's also worth mentioning that a "D4" dice can also be short for Diablo 4.

There's more convincing stuff in here I promise...

Another big clue comes from David Brevik, the creator of the Diablo series. The developer tweeted out the following on Saturday...

That statement alone seems to say something Diablo is coming. Brevik also tweeted earlier this month that he was at Blizzard HQ the same day as Bill Roper, who was the producer of Diablo and Diablo 2...

There's no real room on the Blizzcon schedule for a long reveal of a new Diablo game, but I don't think we're getting that either way. With the way the teases are coming, I would wager we are getting teased for a tease. If we aren't seeing concept art or solid dates it makes me think that an announcement for a new game will be made with details to follow.

We still have a few more weeks until Blizzcon so more could be revealed that leads to an announcement. We'll keep you updated if that does happen!
