In an effort to further the fight against COVID-19, Gearbox is offering Borderlands 3 players an exclusive in-game cosmetic reward for donating a minimum of $5 on their official merchandise website. The in-game reward is the “Anti-Social Mask” head cosmetic and can be equipped across any of the available Vault Hunters.
The donation process is just as simple as any other online transaction. All players need to do is head over to gearboxloot.com, click the “Donate Now” button on the home page, select which platform they wish to receive the item on, enter all of the typical card information and they are set. After that is all said and done, contributors will receive their reward via SHiFT code.
All contributions will go towards Direct Relief, which will provide aid and personal protection equipment to those that are fighting on the front lines of this pandemic.
