While the team over at Crytek has been consistently bringing updates and DLC to their intense PvP mixed PvE title, Hunt: Showdown, I have to say that this next update is quite intriguing. We don’t have a release date for this content yet, but have just announced that they are going to be bringing out a brand new map! Plus, to get players acquainted with this new map, they are running a new live event called “Dark Sight.”
Their latest live event, the “As The Crow Flies" one, has made the game break its record for peak concurrent users. It’s no wonder that this well-reviewed title already had a hefty player base, but these awesome live events are bringing more players onto the servers than ever before.
Even though this event isn’t live just yet, now might be the best time to snag the game up anyways. Until June 3rd, Hunt: Showdown is on sale for 50% off on Steam. The game is also on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, if you prefer to play on console.
