Modus Games and developers Dreams Uncorporated and SYCK recently unveiled the opening cinematic for their upcoming indie title, Cris Tales. The video is a stunning display of the game’s unique visual approach to storytelling and gameplay.
The game is inspired by classic JRPGs but comes with a twist where past, present, and future are brought together on one screen. The story centers around Crisbell, the female protagonist, who possesses a time-altering ability to slip between time periods. This special power is a key component of gameplay. With it, you will defeat your enemies and protect citizens throughout the world’s kingdoms.
We recently posted that Cris Tales is now available for pre-order. The game's July 20th launch is just around the corner! It will be playable across multiple platforms, including Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
