This list is too good. I expected the Lara Croft transformation going into Zoomin Games piece, but I had completely forgotten about some of these! One that really hit home for me was the Prince of Persia redesign. I remember playing the first as a kid and loving it, and then my parents wouldn't let me play the second because of its mature rating! Luckily they back- pedaled and I got to play again with 3, but to this day, I have yet to play that entry in the franchise.
