Originally announced at the beginning of the year as “Project Z,” Bandai Namco has revealed the trailer for the next official DragonBall Z title. Following the canon story line from the anime and putting you in control of our favorite and main hero, DragonBall Z: Kakarot will take players on an unforgettable adventure to experience over-the-top battles and challenging quests while creating life-long friendships as they crusade to protect Earth from fearsome villains!
It seems the E3 2019 trailer shows players going through the story up to the Frieza saga, but I am hoping for more. It is being put together by the video game developers CyberConnect2 and is said to present answers to long unanswered questions through various side quests. So, even if we only get up to Frieza in the game, there is bound to be plenty to do. We will find out Early 2020 when it launches on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC though.
