Capcom Is Planning A RESIDENT EVIL Music Video Experience For PlayStation VR
Capcom continues to celebrate twenty years of Resident Evil, or Biohazard as it is known in Japan, and to commemorate this they are bringing gamers as many Resident Evil experiences as possible even when it's in the bizarre and unexpected form of a music video. That's right, at Tokyo Game Show Capcom has announced that they have an ongoing collaboration with popular Japanese rock band, L'Arc-en-Ciel, to create a 3D VR music video for the band's song titled, Don't Be Afraid. Makes sense, right? Because nothing screams horror better than a Japanese boy band.
As you can see, Capcom scanned and recreated the band in 3D to transport them into the Resident Evil universe. The music video will become available for 360 degree viewing on the PlayStation VR headset. A preview of the video will be released on October 13, 2016.
