Jumping on the series of cooperative horror games where players work together to find various poltergeists and demons in haunted locations is EALoGAMES. Their game, Paranormal Hunter, will take players to haunted locations full of malevolent spirits soon as they are preparing to plague players’ worst nightmares later this month.
Explore terrifying locations alone or with up to four friends in online co-op while carrying out spine-chilling investigations. Scour each stage for key objects and clues before completing a banishing ritual capable of eradicating the evil ghosts that stalk each location, all while a fearsome presence pursues the party with murderous intent. Equip investigative tools to detect otherworldly disturbances and stay alert for things that go bump in the night. Discern the difference between creaking floors and spectral moans while unlocking doors and progressing deeper into distributing environments.
Paranormal Hunter is coming out on May 22nd to PC via Steam Early Access. It will be playable in both standard and Virtual Reality forms. It will have VR support for Oculus Rift, HTC Vive, Valve Index, and Windows Mixed Reality devices. They are hoping to launch the finished game near the end of 2023 on both PC and console platforms.
