If you thought Doom 64 was in the past, you were wrong. It’s alive and kicking, with the cult classic returning as a free digital download for gamers that pre-order Doom Eternal. It may be 22 years after the initial release of the game, but the demons never left. All the hosts of hell are descending upon the Doomguy. It will be up to you to make sure they don’t overrun the world.

The Rifleman’s Creed may state that the rifle is a Marine’s tool of destruction, but Doomguy isn’t so picky. He’ll take any BFG to get the job done. Bethesda Softworks invites you to “fight through demonic hordes, hunt down the Mother of Demons, and stop Hell's invasion as you battle through more than 30 action-packed levels. Be on the lookout for classic weapons and secrets to help you put an end to the demonic threat.”

Doom 64 will be available March 20th, 2020 on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and PC.
