After building up initial hype with their roadmap, which was released following a well-received launch, we finally have the first expansion of fresh content for Back 4 Blood! After they gave us the breakdown of everything we can expect in Tunnels of Terror, which they revealed after reaching 10 million players, Warner Bros Games and Turtle Rock Studios are finally ready to release this first DLC expansion.

It was one thing to read up on everything that this DLC is bringing, but after watching the Tunnels of Terror trailer, I am both excited and nervous to dive in. The introduction of three new “Warped Riddin” creatures they call the Urchins, Shredders, and Rippers are pretty intense. But at least we also get a glimpse of the two new cleaners, Sharice and Heng, in action. Plus, we can’t forget that the expansion will include seven new legendary weapons, eight exclusive character skins, 12 new weapon skins, new cards, and more.

As for the try-hard, die-hard players out there - they are also bringing a new, more challenging difficulty called ‘No Hope’ for you to get your masochistic itches scratched! Back 4 Blood is evolving and expanding to include more for their players and this expansion is only the first of what’s to come.

Tunnels of Terror expansion is coming April 12th to all platforms Back 4 Blood is available on, including PC via Steam and Epic Games, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. The expansion is included with the Ultimate and Deluxe editions, along with users who have the Annual Pass. It can also be purchased as a standalone item.
