Following a successful launch for their first solo published title, Fuga: Melodies of Steel, the team over at CyberConnect2 announced that they will be turning it into a trilogy series. Now, they are back with an official launch date for the first series continuation title, Fuga: Melodies of Steel 2!
After saving the world aboard the giant tank Taranis, the children return home to live out their lives in peace. Until one day... Half their number become trapped within the Taranis as it goes on a rampage, leaving atrocity and strife in its wake. The children and their new friend Vanilla, climb aboard their erstwhile foe, the Tarascus, and give chase to save their captive friends. The tragedy that awaits may lead them down a path of revenge...
Their launch date trailer for the game gives an insight into some of the new aspects the sequel title will include. These options range from new ways to manage our characters to a secondary option to the soul cannon. They are definitely looking at providing an even better experience with this second title.
Fuga: Melodies of Steel 2 is set to launch on May 11th for PC via Steam and Epic Games Store, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch.
