With the amount of free updates they've continued to churn out for their online mode, I had to assume Grand Theft Auto V was doing well. I didn't know they were doing so well their 2016 sales numbers are higher than most new games! The claim comes from well known gaming industry analyst Daniel Ahmad...

That's right, a 3-year-old game has sold 10 million copies this year! Even if the price has dropped a little (still $30 minimum used), that's insane. It almost makes me wonder if that borderline ridiculous rumor we wrote about recently has more weight to it than I initially thought! 

I sold my copy a while back because I got tired of waiting for heists...maybe it's time to jump back in.
