The holidays are upon us and while many might have their wishlist filled with goodies, others may be a harder nut to crack. We’ve got you covered here with our Holiday 2020 Gift Guide so hopefully, this makes your holiday shopping that much easier. We cover everything from PC gaming, consoles, tech, and of course, games! Without further ado, let’s dig in!
Products
This year has been a big one in terms of what gaming companies have put out for their players. We have the new game consoles that have just released, new peripherals, and some evolution in mobile gaming. There’s something for just about everyone no matter their taste or budget. In fact, a lot of these products I actually have in my personal collection. I’ll mark those with an * so that you know that I have personally had some hands-on with them.
I’ve included a budget and premium version of a headset, keyboard, mouse, mousepad, mouse bungee, controller, and something that makes mobile gaming easier so that you have all of your bases covered when it comes to figuring out what works best for you. At the end of the day, it doesn’t matter how much you spend, it’s the fact that you or your gift recipient is able to game.

Games
2020 has been another plentiful year when it comes to great titles being released. It’s kind of hard to put some of them into certain genres or categories because of how flexible each one really is. What I’ve done is comprised two separate lists of titles. The first is the Action/Adventure category which focuses on mostly single-player and more mature titles that were released this year. The second are titles that are more family-friendly or can be played together via their multiplayer or party modes.
There are a couple of Teen-rated titles that I cannot confirm whether there’s a total absence of adult language so just be aware when checking the ESRB ratings on the back of the game’s case. These lists also have no particular order to them either. These games do vary heavily in price depending on where you’re shopping so I’ve not listed prices.
