HELLO NEIGHBOR Launches First Alpha Multiplayer Game

It took a little while, but shortly after launching the Hello Neighbor: Hide and Seek game that reveals the true story to why the neighbor was so weird and what, or should I say whom, he was keeping in the basement to console, we can now look forward to the next title in the series. Bringing out the first multiplayer version in the Hello Neighbor series, tinyBuild has launched Secret Neighbor!

With up to six players in each game, the goal is the same as always: unlock the door to the basement and find out what he is hiding. Working together to find all the keys needed, players will have to look out for traps, items, and the liar. Yes, while there are six players in the game, only five of them are actually looking to search the basement. One of the players will be playing as the neighbor in disguise, trying to gain the trust of all the others in order to stop them from reaching the basement. Check out the trailer:

The Christmas theme shown for this alpha version is likely only temporary. The alpha will only be available until January 6th and anybody interested in playing will have to request a code on their website. It is currently set to launch sometime in early 2019 on Steam, but no official launch date has been set.

This is the first chance we have been given to play with friends as we try to find what we need and will likely be facing some puzzles that aren’t explained, per usual Hello Neighbor fashion. Do you and your squad have what it takes to get into the basement?
