Digital Extremes and Airship Syndicate are stepping into the world of ARPGs with its upcoming title, Wayfinder. Initially announced during The Game Awards, Wayfinder is planning on bringing players together in a world overrun by a hostile force. Players will have to become a Wayfinder and unlock their powers as their adventure progresses. We can see snippets of gameplay footage toward the end of the trailer which shows off a very close-up, third-person camera perspective. We can also see various characters to choose from: ranged, melee, tank, and more. Thankfully you can experience it for yourself during the closed beta.

Wayfinder’s closed beta does not currently have a release date but it has been mentioned by the developers that they are looking to send out invitations in the coming weeks. Time is running out! So be sure to sign up on the Wayfinder website to be one of the first to try out this new ARPG. You can select your platform of choice and an email will be sent to possibly confirm your invitation at a later date

This new title seems to have a very bright vibrant theme and an emphasis on teamwork. Although not much has been revealed yet, we are looking forward to the closed beta announcement to see what this game fully has to offer.
