Indie Publisher PQube Celebrates The Year End With Recap Video And CAT QUEST II Update
As the year begins to wind down and a new decade is set to take over, many teams are looking back at what they have accomplished through the year. Indie publisher PQube is no different as they look back at how their 10th anniversary year played out and it was easily one of their best years yet! Watching the recap alone will show off so many of the great titles that they gave us this year like Songbird Symphony, Cat Quest II, Kill la Kill IF, AeternoBlade II, and so many more. This team is one of the most diverse game type launchers out there and I am looking forward to all the crazy titles they will bring us in 2020!
Alongside the recap video announcement, they have provided some news regarding The Gentlebros latest sequel title Cat Quest II. Out of everything added to the game, the top items added are the New Game+ feature, improvement to the AI of your pawtner when playing solo, and tracking completion more prominently.
To break it down further, the New Game+ feature allows you to restart the game on a higher difficulty with all the gear, skills and experience you gathered during your first playthrough. Players can even decide if they want to increase the difficulty themselves, adding up to +999 more levels to all enemies. Then there is the tracking completion aspect which will make the stats for dungeons, quests, and items shown on the inventory screen for progress tracking. These two aspects along with an overall balance tweaking that was done for both the combat and your AI pawtner might be what makes it worth taking another trip through the two cities!
