INERTIAL DRIFT Hopes To Bring Back The 90s
Have you missed some of that good old fashioned 90s arcade racing from back in the day? Then Level 91 Entertainment’s latest game, Inertial Drift should satisfy your hunger. Set in a futuristic 90s setting, the game hopes to nail the nostalgia from years past while also adding its own twist. With a cell shaded anime inspired world, Inertial Drift is a racing game that decides to up the ante by having the players utilize its twin stick driving controls to drift their way around the track. The better you learn to drift, the faster you can make your time across the finish line.
There’s a teaser for the game right now on Steam called Inertial Drift: Sunset Prologue, which allows you to drive 2 of its 16 cars, and race on 2 of its tracks. The playable tracks are some of the easiest ones that the game has to offer, so it gives players a chance to get used to the core game mechanics by the time the full game releases. Inertial Drift will be available to play on September 11th for Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam.
