If you watched Gamescom’s Opening Night Live pre-show, then you may have seen the announcement trailer for Soundfall. If not, then we have you covered! Soundfall is a fast-paced music-based dungeon crawler where you’ll bump to the beat while slaying baddies and looting for goodies.

You’ll play as the Guardian of Harmony; a musical genius who is suddenly transported to a world called, Symphonia, by a group called, the Composers. The Composers brought you here to battle the forces of Discord. You and up to three other players will fight the Timbrelands of Symphonia, destroy the Desicordians, and restore Harmony to the world.

If looting and shooting don’t sound fun enough, then you’ll be keen to find out that there are many musical abilities and the option to mix and match thousands of unique pieces of gear and weapons. There are also five playable characters to choose from; Melody, Jaxon, Lydia, Brite, and Ky.

Soundfall is set to release on PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One but no official launch date has been announced.
