Official Gameplay Teaser For VEN VR ADVENTURE Packs A Lot In Only 30 Seconds
Usually, when a game releases an official gameplay teaser the video lasts somewhere from two to five minutes. Monologic Games don’t seem to want to give away too much about what Ven VR Adventure will have throughout the game though as they give us less than thirty seconds worth of gameplay. I do have to say that they showed off pretty much all the main aspects I was wondering about in the short video, so at least questions were answered.
Now we know that Ven definitely follows Crash Bandicoot as I suspected as you get a kind of currency from jumping on boxes, jump across spiked and moving platforms, and there is a focus on timing shown off in the clips. It’s also good to see we will have a double jump as that is sure to be handy in a game like this one. My only concern with such a short gameplay reveal trailer is that it is a sign that the game itself will end up being short.
Everybody enjoys a long gameplay experience for titles they find entertaining and with this one coming to both PC VR via Steam and PSVR later this year, it is sure to have a decent-sized player base. For now, all we can do is hope that the short teaser is more to hide the majority of the game and build hype by showing off the player’s capabilities. What do you think about the short gameplay teaser?
