The moment we have all been waiting for. PlayStation held their PS5 Livestream Event today, revealed a handful of new game trailers, and gave us the official price and release date for their next-gen console. These official details are:

• Release Date: November 12th for most countries, November 19th worldwide

• PlayStation 5 Price: 499.99 USD / 499.99 Euro / 449.99 Pound / 49,980 Yen

• PlayStation 5 Digital Price: 399.99 USD / 399.99 Euro / 349.99 Pound / 39,980 Yen

It’s great to finally have these details in so that we can all start planning whether or not we are going to get it on launch or wait until a little way into 2021. Either way, I am super excited for next-gen gaming to get here and get access to the power these new consoles will be able to provide.
