One of the exclusives revealed during today’s PS5 games event was Returnal. While the trailer started off rather uninteresting, I think this might be one of the more interesting games of the show to me. In Returnal you play as some sort of astronaut who has crashed on an alien world an was attacked and died. Only this is some next level Groundhog’s Day stuff as you get to relive the crash and the alien world over and over again. Each time though, the world is changing and our protagonist is slowly going mad. The only way to end the torment is to break the cycle! The game employs third-person shooting with horror and psychological aspects so I can’t wait to see how it shapes up! Even if I am weak when it comes to horror.
