Skystone Games Drops Updates For Multiple Games At NGPX Showcase
It’s always good to get updates on games you are looking forward to and when a publisher heads over to a showcase event, you know they are bringing a bunch of updates for a variety of their fans. This year at the New Game+ Expo, aka NGPX Showcase, the team from Skystone Games showed up with updates for four very different games.
The Last Friend
Blending together that gameplay of arcade action beat ‘em ups and strategic tower defense games is The Last Friend. This title quickly becomes a battle of man and canine standing stalwart against the end of the world. In their NGPX trailer, they have revealed the Nintendo Switch release date for the game while showing off some gameplay.
The Last Friend is currently available on PC via Steam and coming to Nintendo Switch on April 12th.
UNDYING
Giving players the burden of teaching their son how to survive in a zombie-infested, post-apocalyptic world while fighting off the infection that is slowly killing them is UNDYING. While this game gives a mixture of action and survival gameplay, it has already given many players a wonderful first impression. In the update trailer shown at NGPX, they revealed that they have added new content to the game, which the main update here is that they have added the ability to play as the son, Cody, once his mother, Anling, succumbs to the zombie infection.
UNDYING is currently available on PC via Steam’s Early Access.
Spacelines From The Far Out
Spacelines from the Far Out is a heavily comedic sci-fi party, 1-4 player co-op, rogue-lite, tycoon, space-traveling extravaganza that blends the golden era of air travel with the utopian space-age dreamscape of the 1960s. The NGPX trailer shows off highlights the life of a Starliner.
Spacelines from the Far Out is coming to PC via Steam in May 2022.
Underworld Dreams: The False King
This upcoming first-person horror experience blending adventure, combat, and investigative puzzle elements will bring H.P. Lovecraft-inspired psychological thrills. Underworld Dreams: The False King got a new trailer revealed at NGPX as well, this time a bit more of the game than we have seen before.
Underworld Dreams: The False King is set to release on PC via Steam, but there is no current release date.
