Sonic Forces has a new villain, and his name is Infinite. He straight up seems like a character ripped from fan fiction with his anime influence and "faster than Sonic," powers...and that cheesy theme song only helps the matter. Check him out in the trailer below and continue on.
All that said, I played Sonic Forces at E3 and it was the best 3D Sonic game I've played in quite a long time. Truth be told, I even enjoyed it more than Sonic Mania. Infinite isn't the greatest villain I've ever seen, but that's in a universe where his primary villains are an overweight man, a robot, and an emo version of himself so it is what it is.
Sonic Forces is due out sometime in 2017.
