STAR WARS BATTLEFRONT Confirmed to Include Han, Leia, and Palpatine
Yesterday the PlayStation Blog confirmed that the release of EA Games upcoming Star Wars Battlefront will include the playable champions of Han Solo, Leia Organa, and Emperor Palpatine. In the beta playing as one of the champion characters meant laying out some pretty serious destruction on the battlefield. I only got to play as Luke Skywalker a handful of times on Hoth, but I racked up some pretty bad ass kills while doing so! (Also, seeing Luke or Vader in your sights usually meant it was time to pack up and run.) It will be interesting to see how these non-lightsabery characters handle. I remember being mildly disappointed when I would get Leia or Han in Battlefront II back on the PS2. There was just something missing from not having the Force powers available to you. But I'm sure with the level of polish DICE is putting into the game, they'll be quite fun to blast through some Stormtroopers with.
Star Wars Battlefront releases November 17th on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
