STRANGE BRIGADE Takes Co-op Action To Egypt

Banning together with friends and random players alike in a co-op fight to survive game is a style that never gets old. With the continued popularity of Left 4 Dead, more horde varieties are appearing to face against players brave enough to stand their ground. The latest upcoming title for this genre is Strange Brigade by Rebellion. This time taking players to Egypt to fight against an undead queen and her army of mummies, putting their lives, or weapons rather, in their own hands this Aug. 28th on PC, PS4, and XB1! Check out the story trailer:

This 1930s co-op adventure looks to be full of unique puzzles along with a frightening amount of enemies to face. Puzzles in games like these can be known as either an asset or a frustration, but as it's been awhile since a high intensity action game has featured puzzles as a secondary main aspect of the game, I am holding high hopes for what challenges lie in my wake!

You can pre-order the game now and enjoy a variety of benefits too. All pre-orders will include the Secret Service Weapons Pack, including the butter-smooth Wilkers & White P19 pistol, the piercingly precise Stoudenmire 960 submachine gun, and the one-of-a-kind Gehrig-Delgane S1 rifle.

The two pre-order options available are the Digital Deluxe and the Collectors edition. The Deluxe Edition provides the game and a Season Pass, which will include new campaign missions, characters, weapons, items, and more. The Collector's Edition offers a bit more, including:

  • Strange Brigade boxed edition (PlayStation 4 and Xbox One only)
  • Steelbook case
  • Secret Service Weapons Pack DLC
  • Airship model
  • 64-page art book
  • Exclusive suitcase design and sleeve

It's been awhile since a remarkable co-op fight to survive game captivated a larger audience, but Strange Brigade seems to have already grabbed some attention with its Egyptian setting. Will you be getting yourself a copy to take down the evil Seteki, the witch queen, and her horde of mummies?
