The ASSASSIN'S CREED ORIGINS Newest DLC Is Inexcusably Only For PC
Video games often provide multiple levels of difficulty for players when playing games. While some games offer the combat difficulty, others provide a puzzle or even level designs difficulty. The idea is to have a difficulty level that is suitable for the games target audience.
The latest DLC for Assassin's Creed Origins has taken the difficulty range to a new level of player control. Available now, the Animus Control Panel will allow players to edit the physics, rules, and even character choice so the game can be played in whatever way you want! Here's a breakdown video of what will be available in the DLC:
While the Animus Control Panel is an innovative tool for an action/adventure game like Assassin's Creed Origins, it is unfortunately only available for PC players. I'm not sure why they would choose to focus on new content for a single platform when they launched on multiple platforms, not to mention they are AAA and without excuse, but until they announce otherwise this DLC is a PC exclusive.
It's one step in the right direction, but taking off on the wrong foot. While this will definitely be one of the coolest mod-like DLC's coming from the developers, it is a questionable execution for the add-on. In short, this step is nothing short of a great update with a great flaw, but worth checking out. How do you feel about the DLC being a PC exclusive? If you have Assassin's Creed Origins on PC, what modifications are you looking forward to tampering with on the Animus Control Panel?
