WD_BLACK's New BATTLEFIELD 2042 Bundle Is A Fan's Dream
The time to jump into Battlefield 2042 is marching closer towards us, so you better hope your PC setup can run it once it arrives. You may remember that last month it was announced that Western Digital’s WD_BLACK brand had been named an official partner for Battlefield 2042. Well, now they’ve made another announcement, a brand new line of NVMe SSDs that will include a digital copy of the military shooter.
Officially called the WD_BLACK SN750 SE NVMe SSD Battlefield 2042 PC Game Code Bundle, it’s a limited edition bundle for Battlefield fans that not only boasts some impressive specs but also some Battlefield flair as well. The SN750 SE NVMe SSD will have your rig running at peak performance as it has sequential read speeds up to 3,600 MB/s to reduce loading times to keep you in the action.
“EA and DICE are committed to ensuring Battlefield players have the best gaming experience— a mission which drives our WD_BLACK brand,” said Susan Park, vice president of Product Marketing, Western Digital. “Battlefield 2042 brings a vast new world full of immersive maps and dynamic gameplay to the FPS genre, and we’re excited to be a part of this bold new chapter.”
There are two different SSDs to choose from and either one sports a really cool Battlefiled 2042 aesthetic. There’s a 500GB bundle for $114.99 and a 1TB bundle for $179.99. Gamers in select countries can head over to Western Digital’s website right now to learn more and to choose which retailer to pre-order from.
Each limited-edition bundle includes:
Battlefield 2042-themed WD_BLACK SN750 SE NVMe SSD drive
Full Battlefield 2042 Standard Edition PC Game Code (Battlefield 2042 game not available for download with code until the game’s release on October 22, 2021)
Access to exciting preorder benefits, including in-game content, when using the PC game code before game availability
These are some pretty cool SSDs and not only do they offer some great power but they also just get the hype for Battlefield 2042 that much higher!
