Xbox Unveils Xbox Game Pass Which Gives Access To 100 Games For Monthly Subscription
Spring 2017, Xbox One owners will have access to 100 games from both Xbox one and 360 all for a monthly subscription. For $9.99 a month, players will be able to play some high profile games from the past and present in a collaboration that spans over several gaming studios:
2K, 505 Games, BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment, Capcom, Codemasters, Deep Silver, Focus Home Interactive, SEGA, SNK CORPORATION, THQ Nordic GmbH, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and Microsoft Studios, there’s something for everyone to enjoy and you will always find something exciting to play across a variety of genres. Some of the fan-favorite titles coming to Xbox Game Pass when it launches to the broader Xbox community later this spring include Halo 5: Guardians, Payday 2, NBA 2K16 and SoulCalibur II.
Man if you were looking for a way to get me back on my Xbox One, you found it Microsoft! The catalog will feature a monthly rotating list of games that will go in and out of the service, and DLC for the games will be offered at a discounted price for members of the subscription. I know someone is going to ask in the comments, and no, that $9.99 is not part of your monthly Xbox Live Gold membership.
The service is expected to launch this Spring but some Xbox One Preview members will already have access to a select few titles as early as today! Boot up your console and see if you got lucky.
