In a shocking surprise release, Castlevania: Symphony of the Night is now available for iOS and Android devices! This new port of the game has been optimized for phone play with new touch based controls and menus to make navigation easier on a touch screen. For players like myself who despise touch screen controls, the game still fully supports controller input.
The mobile version of the game appears to be based off the most recent PS4 release so it will have an updated script and voice acting. Extra familiars have also been added to this version of the game as well as adding in Maria as an extra boss fight. Maria is also a playable character just like in the original Sega Saturn release! A new feature that has been added is a continue mode which looks to help keep players in the action rather than send them back to the main menu upon deaths.
