With the next virtual reality title from Vertigo Games confirmed to be releasing this summer on PlayStation VR, Steam VR, and Oculus, it’s time to see some gameplay. After the Fall is set to be a four-player co-op horde fighter game where players must fight to survive. Even if you aren’t able to put a full four-man squad together, the game will provide an AI companion to fill any empty roles for you, but since they will offer cross-platform availability you shouldn’t run into this issue.
Given the use of the full VR motion controls, players will venture out into enemy territory in teams of four wielding an arsenal of unique and deadly weapons in the face of hordes of Snowbreed - ferocious undead creatures that have driven humanity below ground - all in order to secure mankind’s survival for another day. Will you be able to survive this post-apocalyptic urban wasteland set in an alternate 1980s LA?
