CYBERPUNK 2077 Trailer Pushes Hype Into Overdrive

The Minor Details of Hype

I’ll never forget the openings hours of The Witcher on PC on a cold, winter night back in 2007. At first, it was a bit of a clunky experience but something about it was… magical. Something about this game was different. The atmosphere, the amazing voice acting, strange mix of dark fantasy and haunting themes have stuck with me since as a gamer since that day. I recently went back and played through The Witcher again and it cemented CD Projeckt Red as not only one of my favorite developers but also their games a pinnacle for PC gaming especially. It was those incredible side quests, those unforgettable characters but most of all, the plentiful small details that made it all that much more special.

That’s it CD Projekt Red. Just hook that Cyberpunk 2077 IV right into my veins…

Now, it’s 2020. At the end of insane year, to say the least, gamers need an escape. Something to get their mind off a world gone seemingly insane. After multiple delays and more than a few ups and downs of emotion, CDPR’s Opus is coming December 10th. To be completely honest, I’ve been cautiously optimistic about the game. Our main review PC has been upgraded to top notch components ready to take on this massive new world. The world is ready. Now, with this trailer, my cautious optimism has turned into sheer excitement and hype. I’m ready. Ready not only to explore the streets of Night City but to explore the outskirts, the characters, the magic but most of all, the small details that make CDPR’s games oh so magical…
