Evercade Announces Their First Arcade Collections

Evercade recently announced four new arcade collections from Technos, Data East, Gaelco, and Atari. The four new cartridges will feature arcade games exclusively, a first for the company! These titles will range from classic hits to some rediscovered greats. The intent is to find something for everybody to love, and maybe find something new.

These collections will be available for Pre-Order on May 28th and will be released alongside the Evercade VS on November 3rd, 2021.

The cartridges will be sold individually and will function on Evercade VS as well as the handheld console. Like the existing collections, the cartridges will feature save states. To further delineate these cartridges from the existing, console-based games, the boxes on these games will feature purple spines, as well as a reset numeric system. The prices will remain £14.99/$19.99 to stay in line with the existing collections.

The four collections feature some of the greatest hits of the arcade era with titles such as Double Dragon 2 and 3, Bad Dudes Vs Dragon Ninja, Crystal Castles, and many other great titles that became synonymous with arcade and home video gaming.
