With the release date only a couple of weeks away, Bloober Team and Anshar Studios have released information regarding pricing, various editions available, and expected features in their game Layers of Fear (2023). Considering how much content is going to be in these games, the pricing comes out pretty fair with the standard edition going for $29.99 USD and the deluxe edition going for $34.99 USD. However, for those who own Layers of Fear (2016) and Layers of Fear 2 (2019), there will be a special 30% discount applied to your total, as long as you purchase before June 29th! Everyone else will get to enjoy a 15% launch discount.
For the players that want the most out of the experience, they can get the deluxe edition of the game. This edition will include a digital artbook and soundtrack by Arek Reikowski, a Hollywood Music in Media Awards nominee who previously scored other acclaimed Bloober Team titles.
Again, in this definitive release, experience the events of the two main franchise titles, Layers of Fear (2016) and Layers of Fear 2 (2019), plus all previously released DLC. Additionally, two never before seen pieces of the story come together in The Final Note, a chapter conveying an alternative perspective on the events of the first game, and The Writer, a harrowing tale that weaves each entry into a tightly-knit narrative.
Layers of Fear (2023) will release June 15th on PC via Steam and Epic Games Store, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
