Well, this came out of nowhere but it appears that XSEED is going to be releasing the now formerly Switch exclusive Daemon X Machina on Steam next week. The release is planned for February 13th at a price of $59.99 with a special 10% discount being available for the first week after release. For anyone who picks up the game in its first month will also be treated to freebies like an exclusive mech and outfits. Since the game will now be available on PC players can expect improved visuals and frame rate along with multiple input options such as mouse and keyboard or controllers.
I haven’t been able to pick up the original Switch release of Daemon X Machina yet, but I did really enjoy the tech demo that released prior to it. Nor does it look like I have too as I might just opt into the Steam version. Reviews for the game were mostly favorable so if this PC port is handled well I can see the game getting a second wind, especially from mech game lovers.
