FRIDAY THE 13TH Game Delayed Until Spring 2017, Getting Single Player Mode

The Friday The 13th video game will be delayed until Spring 2017. The decision seems primarily based on the development team wanting to add more features to the game. IGN reports a single player mode has been announced, AI Bots, and Tommy Jarvis will be made into a playable character. Packanack Lodge was also announced as a new playable map.

If there's any silver lining, those who backed the game on Kickstarter will be receiving a key to a closed beta before the end of 2016.

For those that haven't seen any gameplay, it's pretty gory and features all sorts of Easter Eggs for fans of the franchise.
