Marvel’s Avengers game could easily be one of the best video game releases in 2020. While 80 years of comic history and lore influence the characters you will play and the outfits you will wear, the superhero adventure will feature an original story with Kamala Khan as the central protagonist. It’s exciting to see the new Ms. Marvel assume a leadership role in the story, and the tension of an embattled Avengers team will be exciting to experience when this releases on May 15th of next year.
The game overview reveals the superhero gear players can use, the skills that can be upgraded over the course of the game, the outfits that heroes can wear, and the missions that will progress the narrative. Missions can be undertaken solo or with friends as the world suffers from the sinister machinations of AIM, a defense corporation that has replaced the Avengers as the global protector. Earth’s Mightiest Heroes will have to find the truth and reestablish order.
