Aspiring Gundam pilots can now get their first taste of an all new story arc set in this legendary sci-fi universe as the first volume of Mobile Suit Gundam Battle Operation: Code Fairy has officially released on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5! Created by leading anime video game publisher and developer studio Bandai Namco, this game will be released in three volumes, all set to launch before the end of 2021.
Dive in to the original story surrounding the “Noisy Fairy” – a secret unit led by Alma and under the direct control of Kycilia of the Principality of Zeon. During the “One Year War,” the unit struggles to break through into the continent of North America which is where the game’s story picks up. This will be a tale of unbreakable bonds formed in the midst of the brutality of war.
While volume 1 is available now, volume 2 is set to release on November 19th and volume 3 is set to release on December 3rd. Pilots can purchase each volume separately, but if you decide to buy the Standard or Deluxe Edition of Mobile Suit Gundam Battle Operation: Code Fairy, then you will get all three volume’s in one package and be granted one day early access to the 2nd and 3rd volumes!
On top of this, since this new title builds upon the world established by the free-to-play action title Mobile Suit Gundam Battle Operation 2, pilots can even unlock special Code Fairy-themed rewards and items in Battle Operation 2 with their progress within Code Fairy. Additionally, Mobile Suit Gundam Battle Operation 2 players can unlock a special Code Fairy themed mission through gameplay progression.
