Today, at the very end of Xbox’s E3 briefing we finally got another look at Halo: Infinite, in the form of a cinematic trailer. Not that it needs to be pointed out, but the game looks absolutley stunning, being powered by the Slipspace Engine that we got a peek at during last year’s Xbox briefing. We get to see Master Chief’s “new” set of MJOLNIR and, hear his iconic voice while conversing with a marine who appears to have been drifting around in space for who knows how long. I won’t lie to you, after hearing that Steve Downes was retiring, I was a little worried that we might not get see him reprise his iconic role as the Chief in Halo: Infinite, but now I can rest easy. Halo: Infinite will be released alongside the next generation of Xbox during Holiday next year.
