HORACE Makes The Platforming Leap To The Nintendo Switch

When it launched on Steam last year, Horace had a smaller PC audience, but it was very favorably received by reviewers and is a platformer that more people should check out.

And that will be easier now that the game has launched on the Nintendo Switch. The eventful indie game is now available on the eShop for $14.99.

Designers Paul Helman and Sean Scapelhorn created a platformer with a surprisingly touching narrative and a lot of popular culture references from the 8- and 16-bit era. This has the humor of Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, the nostalgia of Ready Player One, and the action of the classic platformers that inspired it. It offers more than 15 hours of gameplay, which is pretty good considering the lower price.

It’s out now, so there’s no reason not to jump into this story about a robot and the meaning of life.
