New Trailer For DRAGON'S DOGMA 2 Surfaces

Capcom released Dragon’s Dogma back in 2012 which became a cult classic almost immediately and captured the imaginations of many gamers. Fans have been begging for a sequel. Rejoices flooded the internet when Dragon’s Dogma 2 was announced for development at the Dragon’s Dogma 10th Anniversary event. This created even more hype, and after the recent PlayStation Showcase, we now have a trailer for the game!

The Arisen is back and they’re looking to strike out on another fantasy adventure. The dragon is still a threat and the main motivation for the Arisen. Pawns also make a return but there are new additions as well, like the added beastren race of sentient beings. The trailer does a great job showcasing the way the game will look, which is what every game trailer should strive for.

The new RE ENGINE allows for high-fidelity graphics and realistic physics and that is shown in the trailer. Everything is at the whim of the player’s choices. Combat is based on the player’s decided fighting style, pawn selection, and how they kill monsters. The artificial intelligence (AI) of the game is even more intelligent this time around. AI will react to player choices and actions which will affect the way the game unfolds.

Dragon’s Dogma 2 is currently in development for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
