Retro-Bit has taken to social media to unveil the existence of its latest offering the Legacy 16 USB controller. A SNES inspired controller that comes with a traditional d-pad and face button layout the Legacy 16 is ready to tackle all your side-scrolling gaming needs! To make using the controller more practical on modern systems, a home and screenshot key have been added along with an additional set of shoulder buttons. A 10 foot USB cable powers the controller ensuring that there is plenty of length for setups of any size! For use with the Nintendo Switch and other USB capable devices, The Legacy 16 will be available in 2 colors, Onyx and Classic Grey, and cost $19.99 upon release.
Personally I can see the Legacy 16 being a great option for gamers who love playing classic (S)NES games on there Switch. The layout is identical to what these classics require and the additional buttons ensure you have every feature you would expect out of the system.
