The badass spy has been sorely missed, but Marvel fans can rejoice because Scarlett Johansson is back as Black Widow in Marvel Studios’ action-packed Black Widow. The spy thriller will be the first film in Phase Four of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
And some other big names will be joining Johansson’s Natasha as the tough Russian agent revisits her past. Florence Pugh, of Midsommar fame, stars as Yelena. David Harbour, who plays the surly sheriff in Stranger Things, stars as Alexei (aka The Red Guardian). And the fantastic Rachel Weisz stars as Melina.
Black Widow is directed by Cate Shortland and produced by Kevin Feige.
The latest Marvel adventure releases on May 1st, 2020.
