After releasing their first solo published title, CyberConnect2 found success in a turn-based strategy game based on the Little Tail Bronx series. Their release of FUGA: Melodies of Steel in 2021 received enough praise that the team’s CEO, Hiroshi Matsuyama, announced that they are turning it into a trilogy game series. Now, they have an official release window for the next game in the series, FUGA: Melodies of Steel 2.
A year has passed since then... but the fight didn't end. Once again the children head towards the chaos of battle aboard a tank! What terrible fate awaits them, and what secrets remain hidden within this world? This time, they are ramping up the battle system for more strategy and have added a brand new event system that gives players more thrilling choices to affect their experience.
FUGA: Melodies of Steel 2 is going to release sometime in 2023 on PC via Steam and Epic Games, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch. While we may have a teaser trailer now, there is still plenty to learn about this game and I am definitely looking forward to seeing this series continue! Are you ready to get back into the action?
