As Fortnite’s current season comes to a close, a new one quickly approaches. Chapter 2 Season 6 starts next Tuesday (March 16th) and will act as the big conclusion to this Season 5’s events. It’ll offer a new solo experience called Zero Crisis Finale. In this new event, you’ll play as Agent Jones who we’ve seen a lot of over this past season as he goes on a reality shaping mission. This mission will be the first thing that players will be able to jump into when the new season drops. It’s been teased that Fortnite will have a global premiere video for the season, boasting that this will be the game’s most ambitious story cinematic yet!
Fortnite is also encouraging players to get moving and spending the gold they’ve acquired and completing the quests that are still unfinished. All of which will reset next season. They’ve also cut the price down by 50% on exotic weapons in the game as well, so spending bars is now made even easier. Another added reminder is to complete the Mando’s Beskar quests so that you can 100% his really awesome armor set. Fortnite has also stated that players who missed out on the Breathes Blades Pickaxe still have a chance to unlock it. All you have to do is complete Fishstick’s or Lovely’s epic quests before the season’s end. The pickaxe will be granted a few days into season 6.
