The strange but interesting game from Massive Monster and Devolver Digital has a new trailer that provides a release date and announces the release of a free playable demo! Players can hop into Cult Of The Lamb today on Steam and try their hand at their first gathering of cultists. Along with all this, they have opened pre-orders for the game on Steam as well for those that truly enjoy the demo experience.
This demo lets players start their own cult in a land of false prophets, venturing out into diverse and mysterious regions to build a loyal community of woodland worshippers and spread the Word to become the one true cult.
As for the release date, Cult Of The Lamb is confirmed to release on August 11th for PC via Steam, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch. I wouldn’t be surprised to see this game get more pre-order opportunities in the near future for the console platforms as well.
