Well, his inspiration has brought the indie developers over at Monologic Games to create Ven VR Adventure! Set to launch sometime in Q2 of 2020 on Steam VR, Oculus, and PSVR, this single-player adventure game was built specifically for virtual reality from the ground up.
After you happen to meet Ven on his planet, Runnies, players will find out that it has been invaded by Bruce Nelson. With a desire to destroy the surrounding magical world and gain access to energy that can make him virtually immortal, it is up to both you and Ven to stop him. It’s time to be the hero, this time in virtual reality, and save the planet Runnies from destruction!
The gameplay trailer they released shows off so much in a very short amount of time. I can tell this is going to be an awesome platforming adventure just from the multiple locations and challenges shown off in this 30-second trailer. Are you excited to meet Ven in VR later this year?
